Conwy Camera Club members have enjoyed a busy and productive season of summer workshops, and are now looking forward to the programme of autumn and winter workshops.
The last of the summer workshops was a trip to Salford Quays, where 10 members enjoyed an afternoon of street photography followed by some low-light cityscapes. This was our second summer workshop at this great location for urban photography.
The first of our Thursday evening workshops of the new season is on 21st September. We will look at how to prepare your PDIs (projected digital images) and prints for forthcoming club competitions. This will be followed by a members’ surgery – a chance to get advice on things like how to change your ISO settings, the best camera settings for night shots, or what focus points work best for landscape photography.
Topics of other planned workshops are High Speed Flash Photography, Photoshop Skills, Light Painting and Portrait Photography. All dates can be seen on the website in the calendar section.
