This month’s display on the club’s screen at the GH Edwards shop in Conwy High Street features work by Peter Jones, a sequence of ‘North Wales Scapes’ images and more results from the club’s ‘Summer Along the Coast’ archive project. You can also view the sequence below.

Peter joined Conwy Camera Club in 1999. He particularly enjoys photographing landscapes while spending time in the great outdoors and observing changes in light and weather. He also finds inspiration in urban areas.

The North Wales Scapes sequence reflects the great variety of scenery in our region, from grand mountain vistas to placid lakes and the coast. Current and historic human interaction with the land is also portrayed.
This month’s pairs of ‘Then and Now’ images depict Morfa Conwy, before and after the A55 was built, and how the Great Orme summit building has changed since 1915.
