Congratulations to Conwy Camera Club member Peter King, whose portrait of his cat Lily has been selected to feature in next year’s 365 Cats Page A Day Calendar.
He took the photo through the kitchen window, when Lily was asking to be let in via the door instead of using the cat-flap!
Peter has been a member of the club for 10 years. Now 80 years of age, he started taking photos on a Box Brownie as a child. He enjoys the variety of topics in the club’s Tuesday evening meetings from September to May and has found that being a member has revitalised his photography, especially with workshops and competitions continually stimulating members to try something different.
The club’s new season of evening meetings starts on Tuesday 3rd September. The venue is Conwy Borough Football Club, at Conwy Morfa. New members are welcome.
