Conwy Camera Club has been continuing to take part in the celebrations of the bicentenary of Conwy Suspension Bridge. This week, the Telford 200 exhibition in Neuadd Ni (the church hall in Rosehill Street) includes six ‘light painting’ images taken by club members on the bridge.
Postcards of four of the images are on sale at Neuadd Ni, the GH Edwards corner shop (High Street) and Oriel Dawn (Bangor Road).
On Sunday the light painting images were arranged around the font at St Mary’s Church and formed an eye-catching display as people entered for the special service of celebration, led by vicar (and club member) Rev Kevin Ellis.
A group of club members took part in the Telford 200 parade on Saturday, led by Chair Bob Gresty holding the CCC flag. Some members who would otherwise have been in the parade were busy taking photos of the event, at the request of Conwy Town Council.
